Mental Health Awareness Month

If you aren’t already aware, during May a huge event takes place to spread awareness for mental health issues.

From depression to schizophrenia, mental health is one of many types of illnesses that I believe need to be discussed more and taught more to newer generations as the most common types of mental health are around us all the time. For example, I believe people should be taught how to help someone who has a panic attack in an awkward situation instead of just blindly standing there with no clue how to help the victim.
